Qur'an by Sheikh Gabriel Keresztes No. 6

Today I learned about The Qur'an:

 Fasting for Shawal is the Pahala of fasting for a whole year.

People question Allah, "Why do I do this", "Why can't I do that." Don't question Allah, don't question Allah like the followers of Moses did.

Many of the People of the Scripture wish they could turn you back to disbelief after you have believed, out of envy from themselves [even] after the truth has become clear to them. So pardon and overlook until Allah delivers His command. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent.

And establish prayer and give zakah, and whatever good you put forward for yourselves - you will find it with Allah. Indeed, Allah of what you do is Seeing.

Don't pray because your parents want you to pray, pray for Allah, not for your parents.

Yes [on the contrary], whoever submits his face in Islam to Allah while being a doer of good will have his reward with his Lord. And no fear will there be concerning them nor will they grieve.

Islam is Submission.

They say, "Allah has taken a son." Exalted is He! Rather to Him belongs whatever is the heavens and the earth. All are devoutly obedient to him.

Allah is not a creation he is THE Creator, WE were a Creation of Allah.


Those who do not know to say, "Why does Allah not speak to us or there come to us a sign?" Thus spoke those before them like their words. Their hearts resemble each other. We have shown clearly the signs to a people who are certain [in faith].

Indeed, We have sent you, [O Muhammad], with the truth as a bringer of good tidings and a warner, and you will not b ea asked about the companions of Hellfire.

Eid by Sheikh Tariq Appleby (only once)

Today I learned about Eid:

"The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) enjoin zakaat al-fitr, a sea' of data, or a saa' of barley, upon all the Muslim, slave and free, male and female, young and old, and he commanded that it be paid before the people went out to pray.

'The messenger of Allah enjoined Zakat-ul-fitr on the one who fast to purify him from any indecent act or speech and to provide food for the needy. It is accepted as Zakah for then the person who pays it before the Eid prayer and it is sadaqah for the person who pays it after Eid prayer.'

Give money to Zakah foundations.

If you don't have money to give, you qualify for Zakah if you can't pay for it, if you don't' have food and have cash give cash, you don't have cash then if you have access food pay food.

'Abd-Allaah bin 'Umar used to do Ghusl on the day of al-Fitr before going out the prayer-place in the morning. Al-Muwatta' 428 Al-Nawawi (may Allaah have mercy on him) said
that the Muslims were unanimously agreed that it is mustahabb to do ghusl for Eid prayer. The reason why it is mustahabb is the same reason as that for doing ghusl before Jumu’ah and other public gatherings. Rather on Eid the reason is even stronger.

Eating before the Salah
Anas ibn Maalik said that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used not to go out on the morning of Eid A-Fitr until he had eaten some dates... of which he would eat an odd number.

Takbir
al-Waleed ibn Muslim said: I asked al-Awzaa'i
and Maalik ibn Anas about saying Takbeer out loud on the two Eids. They said Yes, 'Abd-Allaah ibn 'Umar used to say it out loud on the day of al-Fitr until the Iman came out  ‘Abd al-Rahman al-Sulami said, “They emphasized it more on the day of al-Fitr than the day of al-Adha.”. Wakee’ said this refers to the takbeer.

What to wear
Jaabir (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be the two Eids and on Fridays. Ibn Khuaymah 1756
Al-Bayhaqi narrated with a saheeed isnaad that Ibn 'Umar used to wear his best clothes on Eid.

Don't go into debt to get nice clothes, and or, don't' beg someone to buy.

Jaabir ibn 'Abd-Allah (may Allah be pleased with him said On the day of Eid the Prophet (Peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to vary his route. 

He would go away and go back home in a different way, to give salam to different people.

The Eid Salah
'Umar (may Allaah be pleased with him) said:
"The prayer of al=Fitr is two Rak'ahs and the prayer of al-Adha is two rak'ahs, complete and not shortened, on the tongue of your Prophet, and the one who fabricated lies is doomed."

Where to Pray
Abu Saeed said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessing of Allah be upon him) used to come out of the day of al-Fitr and al-Adha to the prayer place, and the first thing he would do was to offer the prayer.

Pray Eid in a big open field/football field, rows and rows of people pray at one time.

How to pray Eid
in the first rak'ah he should say Takbeerat Alihraam (say "Allaahu akaber" to start the prayer),
after which he should say six or seven more taakbeers, because of the hadeeth of 'Aa'ishah (Allaah be pleased with her), The takbeer of al-Fitr and al-Adha is seven takbeer is the first raka'ah and five takbirs

What to recite 
Surah al-Qaf in teh first rak'ah adn surah al-Qamr in teh second 
Or surah al-'Ala in the first and surah al-Gashiyah.

Congratulations
Jubayr ibn Nufayr said: When the companions of the prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) met one another on the day of Eid, they would say to one another, "May Allaah accept (good deeds) from us and from you." 

Congratulate your friend after the solar.

The Eid prayer it as soon as possible, after Syouruk until Zohor.

Eid Salah during the Pandemic

Should be offered in the usual manner
Should be offered with two rak'ahs and the extra takbeeraat
The recitation should be done out loud
There shoud be no khubah


You don't need to pray Eid in a congregation if you are alone.

Best in Islam by Sheikh Tariq Appleby No. 4

Today I learned about the best in Islam:

"The best of earnings is a blessed sale and that which a man earns with his hands." 

 The best money, is money earned in a halal way, things to have a blessed sale: 


Are you selling something halal, am I going, to be honest with the buyer, don't lie that this is a great thing even if it is something cheap, and sell at a reasonable price.

If you earn money and buy a pizza if you work for the money you feel proud of paying for the meal because you spend an hour working.

And when the prayer has been concluded, disperse within the land and seek form the country of
Allah, and remember Allah often that you may succeed.

Don't wait for people to do things for you if you want a good quality of life, work for a good quality of life.

It is He who made the earth tame for you - so walk among its slopes and eat of His provision - to Him is the resurrection.

If you want something, you must work for it.

If you make an effort for things, Allah will provide.

The prophet said, "Nobody has ever eaten a better meal than that which one has earned by working with one's own hands. The Prophet of Allah, David used to eat from the earnings of his manual labor."

We don't value something that was paid by his parents then we paid with our own if you paid for your own book you will like it more, don't' be afraid of doing work and don't put it off, avoid asking others to do your work.

Qur'an by Sheikh Gabriel Keresztes No. 5

Today I learned about the Qur'an:

Say, [O Muhammad], "If the home of the Hereafter with Allah is for you alone and not the [other] people, then wish for death, if you should be truthful."

In Ramadhan train yourself to stop your bad habits, visit family, and don't' be lazy, still go solat.

But they will never wish for it, ever, because of what their hands have put forth. And Allah is Knowing of the wrongdoers.

And you will surely find them the most greedy of people for life - [even] more than those who associate others with Allah. One of them wishes that he could be granted life a thousand years, but it would not remove him in the least from the [coming] punishment that he should be granted life. And Allah is Seeing of what they do.

Live your day like it will be your last, don't go party or go to a dance, go and read the Qur'an or pray.

Say. "Whoever is an enemy to Gabriel - is [none but] he who has brought the Qur'an down upon your heart, [O Muhammad], by permission of Allah, confirming that which was before it and as guidance and good things."

(Gabriel is an angel, not Gabriel Keresztes).

It is not [true] that every time they took a convenient a party of them threw it away? But, [in fact], most of them do not believe.

We do not abrogate a verse or cause to be forgotten except that We bring forth [one] better it or similar to it. Do you not know that Allah is over all things competent.

Do you not know that to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and [that] you have not besides Allah any protector or any helper?.

Or do you intend to ask you, Messenger, as Moses was asked before? And whoever exchanges faith for disbelief certainly from the soundness of the way.

People reject Islam is because of arrogance.

Best in Islam by Sheikh Tariq Appleby No. 3

Today I learned about the Best in Islam:

The best and worst places
"The best of places are the Mosques and the worst of places are the markets."

Indeed, the first House [of worship] established of mankind that at Makkah-blessed and guidance for the worlds.

The first house of worship is the Kaabah.

[Say, O Muhammad], "I have only been commanded to worship the Lord of this city, who made it sacred and to whom [belongs] all things. And I am commanded to be of the Muslims [those who submit to Allah].

The prophet said: "A prayer in Al-Masjid Al-Haraam is better than a prayer in any other mosque with one hundred thousand prayers and prayer in a mosque of Al-Medeenah is better one thousand prayers in any other mosque and a prayer in Al-Madeenah is better than one thousand prayers in any other mosque and prayer in Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa is better than five hundred prayers in any other mosque."

Why is the Market the worst place:
Riba.
Deception.
Depts.
Turning you away from Allah.


Prophet said "Do not, if you can help, be the first to enter the market and the last to leave it because it is an arena to Satan and the Standard of Satan is set there."

(Standard is flag), when you go to the Market, Get what you need and leave as soon as possible.

The best in Islam by Sheikh Tariq No. 2

Today I learned about the best in Islam:

"The most beloved of people according to Allah is he who brings most benefit, and the most beloved of deed according to Allah the Mighty, the Magnificent, is that you bring happiness to a fellow Muslim, or relieve him of distress, or pay off his debt or stave away hunger from him. It is more beloved to me that I walk with my brother Muslim in his time of need than I stay secluded in the mosque for a month."

You shouldn't borrow money but if you have to, but if you do, make sure to pay it back as soon as possible, people really borrow money for cars, electronic devices.

The best thing to have is to be content, having an old phone is ok, if it works still you should use it, but if you feel "I need the new phone, and get the new ear pods," you should be content, don't go and borrow money for buying a new phone or tablet.

If someone has debts, try to help him/her out in their debts.

Ramadhan is a month, where you feel empathy for the people that don't have what you have if someone is begging for food at your door, many people give the beggers old moldy food if you get them a peanut-butter sandwich the faces on the beggers face lights up, and you will be blessed.

Whoever holds back his anger, Allah will cover his faults, and whoever suppresses his fury while being a able to execute it, Allah will fill his heart with the satisfaction of the Day of Standing.

Whoever walks with his brother Muslim in need until the establishes that for him, Allah will establish his feet firmly on the day when all feet shall slip.

Today I learned about Qur'an,
(I missed a day of Halaqah sorry);

The hearts of an arrogant person can be harder than stone.

The Jews think that they are better than Muslims.

Mozambique Geography

Today I learned about Mozambique:

Mozambique: population is 30.37 million.

The capital is Maputo.

Currency is Mozambican metical.

The flag has a lot of meanings:
The star stands for Marxism and internationalism, the book stands for the importance of education, the hoe stands for the country’s agriculture, and the rifle stands for defiance and vigilance.

Malaria is a serious threat in Mozambique, especially during the rainy season, you have precaution if you do catch malaria in Mozambique get to a clinic as soon as possible.

it is possible to see dugongs in Mozambique, a Dugong is a medium-sized marine animal that is sadly on the brink of extinction.

Hadiths by Sheikh Tariq Appleby No. 7

Today I learned about Hadiths:

The Best Thikr "The best word of remembrance is: La ilaha illallah and the best supplication is: Alhamdulilah." [Tirmidhi, Hasan].

If you are not constantly remembering Allah, you will forget him, La ilaha ilallah means I will worship all Allah only.

All praise be to Allah, because we die, and he brings us back to life.

Those who have believed and whose hearth are assured by the remembrance of Allah. Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured.

And remember your Lord within yourself in humility and fear without being apparent in speech - in the morning and the evenings. And do not be among the heedless.

The Hypocrites think they deceive Allah (Fool Allah), and when they stand for prayer they stand lazily, in public they say "Allhumdulalah, hello" in private they say "Islam is trash" when he speaks he lies when he makes a promise when he is entrusted with something he breaks it.

Thikr is done by your self, and don't say Thikr loudly, Thikr is NOT done in congregation,
Thikr is remembering Allah. 

United Arab Emirates Geography

Today I learned about The United Arab Emirates:

The capital is Abu Dhabi.

The currency is The United Arab Emirates dirham.

The population is 9.68 Million (in 2019).

The economy is Investment, Human Resources, and Employment, Foreign trade.

View the skyline Dubai, and watch in awe at the Burj Khalifa, and visit the 



The cars in the police are Supercars and EV (Electric vehicle), According to CNN, the Guinness World Records has certified the Dubai Police as having the world’s fastest police -car - a 254-mph BUGATTI VEYRON, (YES you read THAT RIGHT!), AND they have the TESLA CYBER-TRUCK!!, and they even have  the Eco-friendly police car, will be used to chase down anti-social elements on busy and narrow streets like Deira and Naif, 
AND they have  MOUNTABLE Motorbike DRONES!!!!, AND  Phones that cost more than an average house.

They even have a Tennis courts suspended in mid-air.

The people in Dubai are very, sorry. Extremely rich.

The Last Ten Night of Ramadhan by Sheikh Tariq (ONLY ONCE)

Today I learned about the Last Ten Nights of Ramadhan:

The prophet and the last Then Days

"With the start of the last ten days of Ramadan the Messenger of Allah used to tighten his waist belt (i.e. keep away from his wives) and used to stay up praying all night, and he would also wake his wives (to pray and recite Qur'an etc..)."

Try to wake them up early for Suhur, even if it is 30 minutes before Surtur.

"I do not know that the Messenger of Allah recited the whole Qur'an in one night, or prayed Qiyam until morning, or ever fasted an entire month except Ramadan." al-Nasa'i.

The Prophet who'd say one half of the Qur'an in one Rakaat, that would take 5-6 hours, and after that the Prophet feet would be swollen.

We all know that the Prophet is the MOST Righteous among us.

Prophet Muhammad said, "Whosoever performs Qiyam during Lailat-ul Qadr (Night of Decree), with Faith and being hopeful of Allah's reward, well have his previous sins forgiven."


The Prophet used to observe I'tikaf in the last ten-day of Ramadan and say, "Seek Lailat-ul-Qadr (Night of Decree) in the odd Night out of the last ten nights of Ramadhan.

People guess the 27th Night is the Night of Decree, but still, read Qur'an, and do good deeds, and Give charity.

Indeed, We sent the Qur'an down during the Night of Decree.

The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months (80+years).

"Peace is it until the emergence of dawn."

Allah is happy when you look to him for repentance.

"The Prophet used to engage himself in I'tikaf
(seclusion for prayers) in the mosque during the last ten night of Ramadhan, till he passed away' thereafter, his wives followed this practice after him."

The Prophet was the most generous person, and he used to become more so (generous) particularly in the month of Ramadan because Gabriel used to meet him every night of the month of Ramadhan till it elapsed. Allah's Messenger used to recite the Qur'an for him.

If you can't give charity, just make people feel good, even smiling at another person is Charity.

Today I learned Real talk Q&A,

(I will put questions as quote marks): 

"Do you have to always pray on a carpet?"

You don't have to pray on a carpet, Prophet Muhammad prayed on the ground, you can pray on a big leaf (I don't know where you will find a big leaf), or a reed mat.

Maisarah's question "What happens when you are in a plane and you fly over the Ka'aba?"

A plane can't fly so low over the Ka'aba and you only fly over the Ka'aba for one second.

My question "Why does sleep cancel Wuduck"

You lose your senses when you sleep.

Tonga Geography

Today I learned about Tonga:

The capital is Nukuʻalofa.

The Currency Tongan paʻanga.

The Population is 105695 (2020).

And with a load of places to visit like: The Ha’amonga ‘a Maui Trilithon, Talamahu Market and Mapu’a ‘a Vaea Blowholes.

If you love Nature, you’ll be happy to hear that migrating Humpback Whales often travel into Tongan waters to breed and give birth.

 Bats are the only wild mammals that call Tonga home.

Rugby is the Natural sport.

Swimming on a Sunday as it is illegal because Sundays are seen as rest days in Tonga and you are not allowed to do laundry, clean your house, or work.

Mapu a Vaea in Tonga, it’s a collection of natural blow holes in the rock which can shoot water 30m in the air as the waves crash over them at high tide.

Tonga grows squash, coconuts, sweet potatoes, vanilla beans, cocoa, coffee, and bananas; they also catch fish

The main exports include squash, fish, vanilla beans, and root crops.

 Tongan language are often designated as ‘Talking Chiefs'.

The average life span here is 73.03 years (in 2016).

The best in Islam by Sheikh Tariq No.1

Today I learned about The best in Islam:

The best day is Friday, prophet Adam was created on Friday, and expelled from Paradise on Friday, the day of Friday is the day of Jumaat, since the lockdown, don't be the person that says "YAY we don't have to go to Jumaat," don't be that person, Jumaat is not compulsory for women, BUT men are, if you are traveling you don't have to go to Jumaat, or if you are sick, do don't have to go.

"And when the prayer has been concluded, disperse within the land and seek from the bounty of Allah, and remember Allah often that you may succeed."

Success in life is if you have a private jet or you have thousands of villas around the world but in the Qur'an,

Do don't look at a Major, or Minor sin, look at Allah who you are disobeying.


Abandoning solat is a MAJOR sin.

Don't spoil your Jamaat by reading a newspaper, or playing your phone.

indeed, the example of Jesus to Allah is like that of Adam. He created Him from dust; then He said to him "Be," and he was.

And We said, "O Adam, dwell, you and your fife, in Paradise and eat therefrom in [ease and]
abundance from wherever you will, But do not approach this tree, lest you be among the wrongdoers."

Adam disobeys Allah because Ibis said so, by eating the fruit they were expelled from Paradise, under-stand that Ibis is Mean and if you do wrong ask Allah for Forgiveness,
because Allah is the Most Forgiving.

They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: When is it's arrival?.

What are you doing now, that will be pleasing to our Lord.

No one that can see the unseen except Him (our Lord).

To your, Lord is its finality.

It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof.

Togo Geography

Today I learned about Togo:

Togo is experiencing major poverty.

Togo’s population is made up of around 40 tribes, which totaled 7.798 million people in 
2017.

 residents here are called ‘Togolese’.

the official language of Togo is French since it was a French colony, but there are other indigenous languages including Ewe, Mina, Kabye, and Dagomba.

In the north, the terrain boasts gently rolling savanna, with central hills and plateau in the south, also feature extensive lagoons and marshlands in the low coastal places.

Traditional Togolese houses are beautifully constructed by hand from mud, with thatched roofs. They come in all shapes and sizes and can look like miniature castles.

Togo was put on the World stage by the national soccer team which reached the FIFA World Cup in 2006.

Little funds allocated to youth development projects have led to an increase in poverty and more crimes...

There is high infant mortality. 100 children out of 1,000 die before they reach five years, owing to lack of resources such as water.

Sad. Right...

Qur'an by Sheikh Gabriel Keresztes No. 2

Today I learned about Qur'an:

The Angels made sujud to prophet Adam, and for those who don't pray, Allah calls us to pray five times a day, when you become arrogant, you are following Iblis, he is about Adam Iblis jealous, 

"O Adam, dwell, you and your wife, in Paradise and eat therefrom in[ease and' abundance from wherever you will. But do not approach this tree lest be among the wrongdoers." 
But Iblis, encouraged Adam and his wife, to eat from the tree, then Adam and his wife got sent to earth.

Iblis is trying to take us to the Bad-side.

If you ask Allah that you are sorry, you will be forgiven.

There are many prophets and messengers, but there is only One Allah.

Seek help through patience and prayer and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to Allah].

Who are certain that they will meet their Lord and that they will return to Him.

O Children of Israel, remember My favor that I have bestowed upon you and that I prefer you over the worlds.

And [recall] when We saved your forefather from the people of Pharoh, who affected you with the worst torment, slaughtering your {newborn] sons and keeping your females alive. And in that was a great trial from your Lord.

If you thank Allah for your belongings, you will get more.

Tajikistan Geography

I will TRY to make it a poem here we go:

Tajikistan is a country with mountains and rivers and lakes, pack up and go hiking at Pamir or the Fann Mountains, and go visiting the cities, and streets, grab a bite at

Al-Sham Restaurant and get refreshments too. 

the Language is Tajiki.

 And places to visit are Murghab the Highest city in central Asia,

pitched on a high hill, The Wakhan Vallie all lush with vegetation, and the Ancient ruins of Penjikent.

lifespan of a normal person from Tajikistan is, 70 years.

The choices you make when you are young will make an impact on you when you grow up.

It was said "enter Paradise," He said, "I wish my people could know of how my Lord has forgiven me and placed me among the honored."

Today I learned about Trinidad and Tobago.

Trinidad and Tobago is a Caribbean island located near North America,
the capital is the Port of Spain, (even though they are nowhere near Spain, colonized by Spain? maybe?).

The Caribbean waters are nice and warm, and The country’s national motto is: “Together We Aspire, Together We Achieve.”

The Queen’s Park Savannah in Trinidad’s capital city, Port-of-Spain, is the world’s largest traffic round-a-bout.

Limbo dancing originated in Trinidad and Tobago.

Trinidad and Tobago has the second largest leatherback turtle nesting site in the world.

 The Main Ridge Forest Reserve, found in Tobago, is the oldest protected rainforest in the Western Hemisphere.

The language is English.

Today I learned about Hadiths

(by Sheik Tariq Appleby):

Perseverance, not quantity

"The most beloved of deeds according to Allah are the continuous one, even if they are little." [Agreed upon].

It is easier to give one RM per day, than one hundred per month, do things frequently, not once, it better to study every day, than to do once a week or month. 

Prophet Muhamad said, 

"Do good deed properly, sincerely and moderately and know that your deed will not make you enter Paradise and that the most beloved deed to Allah is the most regular and constant even if it were little." 

Never do it your way, follow the Prophet, Muhammad, never come out with your own ways, if a paper says to do math in Method one, but you say "I will do method 2", I guarantee you will fail the task.

Prophet Muhammad said, "Guard yourselves against the Fire if you give half a date fruit (Charity) and if you cannot afford even that you should at least say a good word." he also said Smiling at the face of your brother, that is a Charity.

Giving directions is also a Charity if you help others you feel good about your self.

Prophet said "The best of Muslims are helpful."

"It is the small things that make people happy if you are good to people if you are helpful around the house, your parents if be thankful."

If you help someone with bad eyesight it will count as Charity, or help someone to load his car, Allah will reward you.

Prophet said "if you find a dead animal or something harmful on the road, if you can remove it, you will be rewarded."

I don't harm anyone, but I will go out of my way to stop you from getting Harm.

If you have a second ticket for the movie, if you give it to your Brother, that is Charity.

Slovakia Georaphy

Today I learned about Slovakia.

Slovakia is known for the castles and fortress, and with 6000 cave Ochtinska Aragonite Cave is the only one aragonite cave located in Europe and a huge 34 m high sinter column in Krasnohorska cave is even listed in the Guinness Book of Records, and with a load of things to do and, castles to see.

Sip a glass of red wine in the Modra Vineyards

Today I learned about the Qur'an:

The Qur'an was sent to earth on Ramadhan.

The prophet Muhammad had a habit about going to a cave to pray, imagine you are praying, and you feel a presence, and someone grabs you and the Angle said "Read", then the prophet said "I don't know", the Angle said "Iqra'' and the prophet said, "I can't read".







Then prophet Ran home, then when he got home he said "Cover me, cover me",  his wife said, "Your Lord will not abandon you".


'The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months'.

Allah said "Whatever you do on this night it will be multiplied 1000 months" (But he did not tell the day of the Night of Decree, but it is in the last ten nights).

'The angels and Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord of every matter.'

'Peace it is until the emergence of dawn.'

The prophet would wake up his family and wake them up for sahur and solat.

Today I did Spain, YeAH REAL MADRID!!!!
