The History of Islam by Dr. Yusif Abdul-Jobbar No. 4

Today I learned about The History of Islam:

The Ottoman Empire:

The Ottomans ruled the world for 600 years 1299 - 1922
they were the longest-lasting rulings in the world,
they had sultans and 36 sultans ruled the Ottoman empire from 1299 - 1922,
respect people who have authority.

They conquered the world one country at a time, the Ottomans had Halal, and everyone was happy because everything was Halal.

1200 - Osman founded the Ottoman empire.
1453 - They conquered Serbia.
1453 - Mehmed II captures Constantinople put the end to the Byzantine Empire.
1517 - The Ottomans conquer Egypt.
1520 - Suleiman the Magnificent becomes Ruler.
1533 - They Conquer Iraq.
1529 - The Siege of Vienna.
1551 - The Ottomans conquer Libya.
1566 - Suleiman dies.
1569 - A lot of Istanbul burns in a great fire.
1683 - were defeated at the Battle of Vienna, the decline of the empire.
1699 - The Ottomans give control of Hungary to Austria.
1711 - The Greek War of Independence begins.
1914 - They join World war I.
1923 - The lost the Ottoman empire and turkey becomes a country.

"I will not sell a single inch of the country because it is not mine, it belongs to All the Muslims. They paid for this empire with their blood. And we will redeem it with our blood. Let the Jews keep their Millions. If the empire is partitioned, they can get Palestine for free, but that will happen over our dead bodies" -

Sultan Abdul Hamid II.

The Prophets Legacy by Sheikh Tariq Appleby 13

Today I learned about The Prophets legacy.

"Pray as you have seen me praying."

The oldest person will lead the prayer, the eldest among you will be the leader of the prayer.

"Do not pray against your children, do not pray against your servants, do pray aginst your wealth, lest that coincides with a time of response when Allah grants the wishes of those who offer supplication, so He answers your prayer."

Don't pray "May Allah Curse you," no you should say "May Allah guide you," Anger and frustration make you dua bad thing, Muslims can control your anger, Muslims can contain your anger if a parent asks for "may my son/daughter be punished," and then he breaks his leg.

"All the sons of Adam and the best of those who are those who repent."

Everyone makes sins, therefore we ought to repent, or ask for forgiveness, the sons of Adam are Us, human beings, the best of us know that we did a sin, and we know about the sin, so we repent.

"Trading insults with a Muslim is evildoing and fight him is kufr."

Don't call people names, people who were bullied when young, lack courage, do everything with the right intention, don't fight other Muslims, but if you are sparing then that is fine.

"I have not left behind after I am gone any fitnah (test) more harmful to men than women."

Our items can be a distraction, but if it makes you miss solat then that is serious.

"Whoever would like to have his provision increased and his lifespan extended (and to be remembered after he dies), let him uphold his ties of kinship."

Family ties, your connection to your family, nowadays it is easy to uphold family ties, holding family ties in Islam is good.

"Allah has forbidden to you disobedience towards your mothers."

Don't be disobedient to your mother, when you be disobedient to your mother it can harm her emotionally or physically.

"The pleasure of the Lord is in the pleasure of the father and the and of the Lord is in the wrath of the father."

If your father wants beer from a shop, you can't do that, because beer is haram.

"Whoever can guarantee to me what is between his jaws and that is between his legs, I will guarantee Paradise of him."

If you can guarantee everything you say (swear words), and if you can avoid Zina, then Allah can make you in Paradise.

"If there are three, two should not converse privately to the exclusion of the third."

It is ok if the third person allowed it then that is ok.

"The one who is riding should greet the one who is walking, the one who is along should greet the one who is sitting the small group should greet the larger group, and the younger should greet the older."

If you are in a car then the person is riding a bicycle, then great the person on the bicycle, or greeting the older person.

"Du'a' (supplication) is worship."

It is making Allah and supplication to Allah, seeking Allah, only he is the one who can answer your dua.

"I saw a man who was enjoying the blessings of Paradise because of a tree that he cut from the road that used to annoy the Muslims."

He got rid of a tree that was on the road and he moved it, if you can remove something harmful in someone's life, then Jannah is granted to the person who did the deed.

"Seeking knowledge is a duty upon every Muslim."

You need to seek Knowledge as a Muslim.

"My delight has been made in prayer."

The prophet was happy when he was praying, understanding the Solat is a good feeling (learning Arabic).

"Prompt your dying ones to say La ilaha illallah."

Like someone who is on their deathbed, when you are going to die,  say: the La ilaha illallah, before you die.

"No one among you should eat with his left hand or drink with it, for the Shaitan eats with his left hand and drinks with it."

It is not allowed to eat and drink with your left hand, try not to follow Shaitan, everything Shaitan does we must not follow him."

"For every disease, there is a remedy."

Everything disease has a remedy, do even the worse ones, has a cure.

"Allah raises some in status by means of this book and He lowers others by means of it."

Those who gain successes, and those who have humiliation and defeat and loss, those who learn the Qur'an will have successes, and those who rejected then they will be defeated.

The Prophets Legacy by Sheikh Tariq Appleby No. 12

Today I learned about the Prophets Legacy:

"When Allah wills good for a person He grants him understanding of the Religion."

We worship Allah and Allah only, if Allah wants good for you, how to know is general and specific things in Islam.

"May Allah make radiant the face of a person who hears something from us and conveys it as he heard it, for perhaps the one to whom it is conveyed will understand it better than the one who heard it."

It is not only from his words, it does not have to be from Hadiths, you want to read the Qur'an accurately and with precision, you tell another right from the source, you narrate it from the source, meaning you don't change anything or add some things, the same things as the Hadith.

"Whoever follows a path seeking knowledge thereby, Allah will make a path to Paradise easy for him"

Whoever travels and seeks knowledge then Allah will make an easy path to Jannah, everything you do, you are following a path, one who looks for knowledge LOOKS, then Allah will make a path to Jannah easy too.

"Whoever tells a lie about me deliberately let him take his place in Hell."

This is about the Prophet, there are Muslims who make lies to the Prophet, Muslims fabricate Hadiths for. Fame, being admired. And it is Haram, it does not matter how you are lying people make Hadiths because people don't learn the Qur'an. If you make it unintentional it depends, if it was a mistake then no sin, if you spread a Hadith that was neglected to search about the Qur'an, make sure that it the hadith authentic.

"The best of you are those who learn the Qur'an and teach it."

We have learned this already but here we go again.

"Read the Qur'an, for it will come on the Day of Resurrection interceding for its companions."

The Qur'an will help you in Jannah, but you need to be a Reciter of the Qur'an if a Muslim goes days without the Qur'an then he leaves the Qur'an's rewards.

"The closest that a person is to his Lord is when he is prostrating so say a great deal of du'a'.:

When you have your forehead to the mat, that is where you are closest to Allah.

"Prayer in congregation is superior to the prayer offered alone by twenty-seven degrees."

It is like doing business and one place has a 10% return of money, and the other place has 27 times of money, try to pay in Jamaat, you can pray in Jamaat with one other person too.

The Prophets were asked: "Which deed is the best?" He said: "Prayer offered when its time first begins."

What good dees are best, Praying often when the Prayer starts or praying on time, or the earliest time, if you pray hours late for no reason, that is sinful.

"Whoever prays Fair in congregation, then sits remembering Allah until the sun rises, then Prays to rak' ahs, will have a reward like that of Haji and 'Umrah." The Messenger of Allah said: "complete complete complete

If you do it then the Reward is an extremely good reward, you can only stop when the sun is high in the sky.

"Between a Muslim and kufr, there stands his giving up prayer."

Whoever does not pray then that is very sinful, also meaning Abandoning the Solat, this only applies to people who don't pray because of LAZINESS, but if you pray five times one day and four on the other, that is bad.

" A prostitute saw a dog on a hot day that was circling a well, with its tongue hanging out because of thirst. She drew some water for it with her shoe, and she was forgiven."

Prostitute is people so make money out of Zina, because of giving water to the dog, she was forgiven by Allah, a moist liver is because giving food or shelter to animals, we don't know did she stopped Zina, or not, Allah knows best.

Qur'an by Sheikh Gabriel Keresztes No. 22

Today I learned about the Qur'an:

And We did not give Prophet Muhammad, knowledge of poetry, nor is it befitting for him. It is not but a message and a clear Qur'an

The Qur'an Itself a Blessing, Qur'an is a speech of Allah, we are a creation of Allah, and we recognize the Qur'an like a baby recognizing their mother's voice, there is not a book, better than the Qur'an, the Qur'an is not poetry, is it the words of Allah.

To warn whoever is alive and justify the word against the disbelievers.

The Qur'an warns people about Hellfire.

Do they not see that We have created for them from what Our hands have made, grazing livestock, and [then] they are their owners?

We take care of Livestock, even the strongest animal, can't beat Human beings, He gave us more skills than any other animal.

And We have tamed them for them, so some of them they ride, and some of them they eat.

Even Lions can be tamed by a human, you can tame anything that is the ability to think.

And for them therein are [other] benefits and drinks, so will they not be grateful?

Thank Allah, if you want something, but only if it is Halal, if you thank Allah for something, then you will have what you want.

But they have taken besides Allah [false] deities that perhaps they would be helped.

When people talk about other religions, and they talk about Gods helpers, that is unexcitable.

They are not able to help them, and they [themselves] are for them soldiers in attendance.

These Idols can't do anything, they can't help you.

So let not their speech grieve you. Indeed, We know what they conceal and what they declare.

The prophet was a Human being, people said bad things to the Prophet, just get over it.

Does man not consider that We created him from a [mere] sperm-drop - then at once he is a clear adversary?

You are a drop of a cell, when you were born you were just a small cell, and you forget where you were, you were nothing but then you are growing up, do not be Arrogant, you have to learn about your humble beginnings.

And he presents for Us an example and forgets his [own] creation. He says, "Who will give life to bones while they are disintegrated?"

People say that the resurrection will not happen.

Say, "He will give them life who produced them the first time; and He is, of all creation, Knowing."

Allah can resurrect you, don't question Allah how?, even the Muslims are saying that resurrection will not happen, there is a theory, Allah is above all Science.

[It is] He who made for you from the green tree, fire, and then from it you ignite.

Allah made the tree green, if you cut a tree or plant, it drys up, and you can light the dried plant on fire, when there is no life, then you can light it on fire.

Is not He who created the heavens and the earth Able to create the likes of them? Yes, [it is so]; and He is the Knowing Creator.

When did you look at the sky, Allah created the sky, so if Allah can do that, then He can resurrect you.

His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, "Be," and it is.

He says "Be" and the world happens, it just happens from nothing, Allah made humans be able to build things, humans cloned a sheep named Dolly but we extracted it from a sheep, so Humans did not MAKE life, they copped life, but Allah made Life from Nothing, people do cloud seeding, but if they make it rain where it should not, then there could be Bad consequences.

So exalted is He in whose hand is the realm of all things, and to Him you will be returned.

He knows everything, everything will be returned to him when all humans die.

The History of Islam by Dr. Yusif Abdul-Jobbar No. 3

Today I learned about the History of Islam:

It is going to be about Muslims ruling India:

The Mughal Empire, The first mosque in India at 629 C.E,

Malik Bin Dinar, one of the first Arab propagators of Islam to come to an Indian country.

The Muslims controlled India 711 - 1857, they ruled India for 600 years.

India has a large Hindu population, in Islam, the rulers of India did not oppress other religions.

Mughal dynasty is from Mogul or Mongol, the Mughal empire left Allah, the Mughals left the path of Allah, so they perished.

The first Muslims came to India in the 8 century.

The Empire was founded on religious toleration, it is Persian, Mongal, and Indian culture,.

The Mughals brought India together, They made a:

Centralized movement and brought smaller kingdoms together.

They had Persian art and culture and made architecture and the architecture was used for the Taj Mahal.

They had Religion Tolerance.

And better Education, and took account of peoples needs.

I don't know who they are (we do a Kahoot (Quiz game) every class so these names will be in the Quiz):

Babur.

Jahangir.

Akbar.

Aurangzeb.

Jahan.

Mohammed Bin Qasim.

The Prophets Legacy by Sheikh Tariq Appleby No. 11

Today I learned about The Prophets Legacy (I think that Wodoo is wukuk).

"Whoever does wudoo', and does it well, his sins come out of his body, even from beneath his nails."

One of the ways to know how to do wudoo is to do it like the prophet did, do it for the sake of Allah, not because someone is nagging you to do it, do it sincerely, then your sins will leave you.

"Were it not that it would be too difficult for mu Ummah, I would have instructed to do Wudoo' for every prayer and to use the  siwak when to doing wudoo."

Try to use it before your siwak (a toothbrush), before a prayer, but it is not compulsory, to use it.

"Supplication (du'a a') is not rejected between the adhan and iqamah."

Try to utilize the times between the prayers (Zohor and Asr)  to practice Qur'an.

"There is no one among you who does wudoo', and does it well, then says: 'I bear witness that there is no god except Allah alone, with no partner or associate, and bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger,' but the eight gates of Paradise will be opened to him to enter through whichever one he wishes."

You have the ability to chose the eight gates of Jannah if you take wudoo properly.

"The key of Paradise is prayer."

So you must. MUST pray to go to Jannah, don't abandon the Solat, if you sleep through the solat, or forget the solat if you are busy, or if in war you still have to pray, it is ok, to miss solat, if it is accidental.

"Whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise."

Even if you donate money to build a Masjid, you are still entitled to this Hadith, or you pay for it entirely, or a construction man too, if you build a masjid, then people will pray there, learn Qur'an there.

"Whoever turns away from my Summah is not of me."

Three-man said "I will not break my fast", "I will not marry", and the last one said "I will pray but not sleep", The prophet said "I did all these things, if you don't follow the sunnah then you are not one of us, you can't "I want to worship Allah this way," you can't do it."

"Islam is built upon five [pillars]: the testimony that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; establishing regular prayer (salah); paying the Zukah, Haij (pilgrimage) and fasting Ramadhan."

These five pillars are the foundation of Islam.

"A person's feet will not remove on the Day of Resurrection until he is asked about four things: about his life and how he spends it, about his body and how he used it, acquired his wealth from where he acquired it and on what he spend it, and about his knowledge and what he did with it."

We have these Questions that Allah will ask us, so we must think about how we are living our lives now, remember who will be questioning you.

"The first thing for which a person will be brought to account on the Day of Ressurection is the prayer if it is good; then he has succeeded and prospered but if it is lacking then he has lost and failed."

If this is for a person who did not pray much, how about the person who did not pray at all?.

"If the son of Adam had two  valleys filled with wealth he would seek a third, but nothing will fill the belly of the son of Adam but dust."

People want money, but money can make you not follow the right path if you earn it from a Halal source (A halal bakery), it is ok, but if it is Haram sources, (selling wine) is not good, the best feeling is being content it is looking at people less than you, people look at people who have more things than you, and you compare yourself to them, then that is a bad thing to have, try to be content.

"What do you think: if there was a river by the door of one of you and he bathed in it five times a day, would any speck of dirt be left on him?" They said: "Not a speck of dirt would be left on him." He said: "That is the likeness of the five prays, by means of which Allah erases sins."

That is comparable to the one who prays five times a day, he cleans himself while praying because Allah wipes away his sins.

The Prophets Legacy by Sheikh Tariq Appleby No. 10

Today I learned about the Prophet's Legacy:

"Whoer missis 'Asr prayer, it is as if he has lost his family and his wealth."

This is for people who miss the prayer on purpose, 'Asr is the time of working, if you miss the prayer, you can pray it after.

"The one who withholds Zakah will be in the Fier on the Day of Ressurection."

You need to do Zakah (money to give), if you don't give Zakah then you will go to Hellfire.

"Fasting on the day of 'Arafah, I hope that Allah will cause it to be an expiation for (the sins of) the year that comes before it and the year that comes after it."

It is removing the sins from last year and next year.

"No people ever withhold Zakah except that Allah tests them with famine."

This is also about Zakah, so pay Zakah, if you live in a community, then ask others to pay Zakah

"No one ever eats any food better than that which he earns with his own hands. The Prophet of Allah Dawood used to eat from that which he earned with his own hands."

If you work for the money to pay for it, it feels better when you earn it.

"Indeed charity extinguishes the wrath of the Lord and it protects against the evil death."

Meaning that giving charity protects you from Allah being angry, if you make your own money than giving charity is better.

"Doing acts of kindness will protect one from calamity and a bad end."

Like helping someone who needs help carrying his/her things.

"Whoever bears arms against us is not one of us."

No Muslims harm other Muslims, don't use sharp objects to hurt people or pointing at people with firearms (guns).

"Upholding ties of kinship increases one's lifespan."

Allah knows when we all will die, upholding friendship or family ties, it does not meaning visit everyone you know, it means don't cut the ties, call your relatives if you haven't seen them for a while.

"Verily charity to a poor person is charity; charity to a relative is two things: charity and upholding ties of kinship."

Giving charity to a poor person is good for someone, or giving gifts to family, it is better to give charity to family, than a poor person.

"O Messenger of Allah, to whom should I show kindness?" He said: 'Your mother, then your mother than your mother, then your father, the next closed and the next closest."

Because your mother was pregnant, gave birth to you, and fed you, that is why that your mother deserves more kindness, than your grandparents, then siblings, then cousins.

"The worst of the people in status on the Day of Ressurection will be the one whom people avoid for fear of his evil."

Because of his bad character, harming others, you don't want to be a person "Why is HE here?" if you treat people well then others will treat you well.

"A man used to land money to people and he used to say to his servant: 'If you come to one who is in difficulty, let him off; perhaps Allah will let us off.' Ana when he met Allah, He let hin off."

It is ok if they genuinely can't give the money back, then it is forgiven.

"Siwak cleanses the mouth and pleases the Lord."

It is like tooth-brush, The prophet used the Siwak on his death bed.

Qur'an by Sheikh Gabriel Keresztes No. 21

Today I learned about The Qur'an:

He does not punish them if the Prophet is one of them.

And the Horn will be blown; and at once from the graves to their Lord they will hasten.

Imagine being awoken from sleeping, that what resurrection will feel like when you are in your grave, you will be awoken from the death sleep, when you are dead you will be just a skeleton, then the Horn will be blown then you will have flesh over your bones.

Every single person has specific fingerprints, you will leave the fingerprints everywhere.

They will say, "O woe to us! Who has raised us up from our sleeping place?" [The reply will be], "This is what the Most Merciful had promised, and the messengers told the truth."

Sleep is a minor death, so it is like a training room for the hereafter.

It will not be but one blast, and at once they are all brought present before Us.

Allah is the most fair, he will give you what you deserve, we will enter Jannah by the Mercy of Allah.

Indeed the companions of Paradise, that Day, will be amused in [joyful] occupation -

The Hereafter will have no school, no work, you can relax in Jannah, everything you want can be in Jannah, everything in Jannah will be Halal, your whole life you believed in Allah, so in Jannah, you will see your creator.

Did I not enjoin upon you, O children of Adam, that you not worship Satan - [for] indeed, he is to you a clear enemy -

You don't worship Iblis, there is no one bowing down at Iblis if you believe Allah is the enemy and And Iblis is the creator, then you will 100% go to Hellfire.

And he had already led astray from among you much of creation, so did you not use reason?

Everything in life, there is a purpose, we do not question Allah, Allah can end the world, but he gives us time to repent, the more arrogant you are the more you will be astray.

That Day, We will seal over their mouths, and their hands will speak to Us, and their feet will testify about what they used to earn.

Everything on your body will talk to Allah, everything you did your body will tell what you did.

And he to whom We grant long life We reverse in creation; so will they not understand?

When you are born, you will need help, when you have a long life, you will need help when you are old.

The History of Islam by Dr. Yusif Abdul-Jobbar No. 2

Today I learned about the History of Islam:

When Muslims ruled Spain:

When Spain was under rule by Muslims the Muslims had control for 800 years, everyone was treated well,.

711 A.D. Tariq Bin Zayed went to Gibraltar, 17000 people vs 100000, men, They went on boat, Gibraltar and he said "My dear brothers, we here to spread the message of Allah. Now, the enemy is in front of you and the sea behind. You fight for His cause. Either you will be victorious or martyred. There is no third choice. All means of escape have been destroyed."

The boats were burned down, so if they lost they can't escape, and the 17000 men won.

Ibn al-Nafis, he was a doctor to learn about blood circulation.

Abbas Ibn Firnas made a human glider.

Abu al-Qasim al-Zahrawi was the most famous surgeon in the middle ages.

Ibn al-Bayter, he was a botanist, he found that plants were beneficial for people.

The Muslims took the Persian and Roman empires, with the might of Allah at their arms, they took both empires on at once.

The Prophets Legacy by Sheikh Tariq Appleby No. 9

Today I learned about the Prophet's legacy:

"Whoever persists in offering twelve rak' ahs of Sunnah (prayer), Allah will build for him a house in Paradise: four rak' ahs before Zuhr two rak' ahs after it, two rak; ahs after Magrib, two rak'ahs after 'Isha' and two rak' ahs and two rak' ahs before Fajr."

If you pray these 12 rak' ahs, you will get a house in Jannah.

The Messenger of Allah said: "Verily Allah says: 'I am the third of two partners so long as one of them does not betrays the other; but if he betrays him then I depart from among them."

This is for business, two people running a business if you don't beray your friend Allah will help you, but if your friend is taking more money then you, Allah will leave your business.

"Whoever removes a worldly hardship from a believer, Allah will remove one of the hardships of the Day of Resurrection from him."

If you give food to a poor believer, helping others is beneficial in this world and the next, you can't take money to Jannah.

"Whoever grants respite (a debtor) who is in difficulty, Allah will grant him relieve in this world and the hereafter."

If you forgive the debt of someone then Allah will help you in the hereafter and this world, if someone you know has debt then if you can help them, it is also a good thing.

"The one who drives to help widows and the poor is like the one who strives in Jihad for the sake of Allah or the one who prays at night and fasts during the day."

Meaning if you do this then you will get the rewards.

"Allah will help a person so long as he is helping his brother."

It is like helping someone who needs help to carry bags, Allah will help you if you help another.

"O Messenger of Allah, the mother of Sa'd has died; what clarity is best?" He said: "water." So he dug a well and said: "This is on behalf of Umm Sa'd (The mother of Sa'd."

If you can give running water and electricity, then that is good.

Muslim people, treat Animals greatly.

"Whoer contently prays for forgiveness, Allah will give him a way out of every difficulty and relief from every worry, and will grant him provision from where he did not expect."

Allah will provide people who ask for forgiveness, a way out.

"He does not thank Allah who does not thank the people."

Part of showing gratitude to Allah is thanking people who are good to you, be grateful to people, is it is like thanking Allah directly.

"The smell from the fasting person's mouth is better before Allah than the fragrance of musk."

Harming by breathing in someone's face while you are fasting, Allah loves that is because you fast, for the sake of Allah, a male deer, the musk that you can take it is dried and sold as perfume, the musk is for marking territory.

"There is no one who fasts one day for the sake of Allah, but Allah will remove his face a distance of seventy years from the fire in return for the day."

Fasting one day the reward is rewarding you, two thousands of kilometers away from the Fire.

"Whoer spends Lailathal=Qadr in prayer our of faith and in the hope of reward will be forgiven his previous sins."

If you do it completely with all your heart, then his sins will be forgiven, you need to do this for the sake of Allah.

"Whoever fasts Ramadan out of faith and in the hope of reward will be forgiven his previous sins."

We don't harm others, if someone harms you then if there is a reason you can fight back.

"There should be neither harming nor reciprocating harm."

The messenger of Allah was asked about fasting on the day of 'Ashoora' and he said: "It expiates (the sin of) the past year."

You can fast the tenth or the eleventh.

Qur'an by Sheikh Gabriel Keresztes No. 21

Indeed, I have believed in your Lord, so listen to me."

He is doing taqwa he is talking to the people, he is doing his part.

It was not but one shout, and immediately they were extinguished.

Allah can destroy anything in a fraction of a second, people can be on a beach, and then a large Sunami just comes crashing through, Allah's punishments are very severe.

Have they not considered how many generations We destroyed before them - that they to them will not return?

And indeed, all of them will yet be brought present before Us.

If we are not punished in the Dunya, then we are punished in the grave, we fear Allah because we don't want to go to Hellfire.

People steal because they want more.

That they may eat of His fruit. And their hands have not produced it, so will they not be grateful?

Do we thank Allah for our blessings and food, many followers of Islam are not thanking Allah, thank Allah for our eyes (I know you have eyes because you are reading this), ears, feet, everything, if you want something and you get it, say Alhamdulillah.

Exalted is He who created all pairs - from what the earth grows and from themselves and from that which they do not know.

Allah made everything in pairs.

And a sign for them is the night. We remove from it [the light of] day, so they are [left] in darkness.

If you have no light it is dark, the Sun is a light giver and the moon is a light reflector.

And the sun runs [on course] toward its stopping point. That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing.

We can see everything in the sky because we have telescopes, but the Prophet time, there were no telescopes, everyone said the Qur'an is accurate, science is a manmade subject, many things can change, science is becoming a religion, in the 21-century science has won, the war between religion and science, why believe something that is always changing.

And the moon - We have determined for it phases, until it returns [appearing] like the old date stalk.

The moon moves on its course, and Allah made it so like an old date stalk, there is day and night, there is a system, there is always a day and night if it is a night for 6 months, then the day will take over 6 months.

And We created for them from the likes of it that which they ride.

Allah has made means of transports, like camels and horses, we had always used the Sun and Moon as the direction givers.

But when it is said to them, "Beware of what is before you and what is behind you; perhaps you will receive mercy... "

Fear Allah.

And no sign comes to them from the signs of their Lord except that they are from it turning away.

Imam is a blessing.

And when it is said to them, "Spend from that which Allah has provided for you," those who disbelieve say to those who believe, "Should we feed one whom, if Allah had willed, He would have fed? You are not but in clear error."

The Prophets Legacy by Sheikh Tariq Appleby No. 8

"There is nothing dearer to Allah than supplication."

He does accept the dua if you don't have an intensive, you can't ask Allah to break the ties of family, and don't ask him to grant Haram things, seek the best times to Allah, there are certain times that dua is more accepted, Fridays from 1pm to maghrib, and during solat.

"He has found the taste of faith who is content with Allah as his Lord, Islam is his religion and Muhammad is his Messenger."

Only the person who finds and believe these things, then he will know the sweetness of Imam, how can you know about these things if you know about it,

"Be indifferent towards this world, and Allah will love you. Be indifferent to what is in people's hands, and they will love you."

Only take what you need to go to Jannah, also it means that you don't take Haram things too, if you hang out with people who have things that you don't have, that is not a proper friendship.

"Indeed, Allah is Hayiy [sky, in the manner that is befitting His Majesty], Generous; when a man raises his hands to Him, He feels too shy to return them to His empty and disappointed."

Most of his things he had was Haram, so things we did in our past Allah might not give you your dua accepted, instead of giving something you wanted, he will defend you from a hardship.

"Learn from me your rituals (of Haji)."

Learn about how Prophet Muhammad did HIS Haji, this hadith can also be put in daily life, it is ok to copy the Prophet, we have to do what the prophet does.

"The water of Zamzam is for that for which it is drunk."

Before you drink, make dua, it is like wishing water, so make dua before you drink it.

One person lasted a month just drinking zamzam.

"The best water on the face of the earth is the water of Zamzam; it is a kind of food and a healing from sickness."

It is the best water and it is food because you can just drink Zamzam, and it is a healing water.

"Two phrases which are light on the lips, heavy in the balance and beloved to the Most Merciful: Subhanallahil-'Azeem (Glory and praise be to Allah, glory be to Allah the Almighty.)"

Easy to say and will give you a lot of benefits.

Allah is free of weakness.

Imperfections.

It is like saying Allah is the Best God, and only God.

Subhanallahil-'Azeem Say this a lot.

"Whoever says, (Glory and praise be to Allah), a plan three will be planted for him Paradise."

The palm trees are large and will give riders shade for 500 years, they are much much larger than the ones on this Dunya, the date trees have a variety to trees, the Qur'an is not just given to the Arabs.

"The most beloved of word to Allah are four: Subhanallah, Wal-hamdu Lillah, was la ilaha illallah, was allhu akbar (Glory be to Allah, praise be to Allah, there is no god except Allah, And Allah is most Great). It does not matter with which of them you start.”

You can choose which one you want to do.

"The closed of people to me on the Day of Resurrection will be those who sent the most blessings upon me."

"If I am mention in a person's present, let him snd blessings upon me, for whoever sends blessings upon me once, Allah will send blessings upon him tenfold."

If you hear the name of the Prophet, if you send blessings to Muhammad, then hearing his name Allah will send blessings tenfold.

The History of Islam by Dr. Yusif Abdul-Jobbar No. 1

Today I learned about the History of Islam.

The greatest civilization that was the greatest in the world, was the Islam.

Madinah was built on justice, fairness, and equality, so many non-Muslims say that the Prophet Muhammad is the best prophet, when he migrated to Madinah, he built the Islamic empire.

One and every four people are Muslims, one-quarter of the population of the world are Muslim, Muslims are a powerful force.

Don't hide about you being a Muslim, Smiling at someone is a form of charity.]

How Malaysians got to being Muslims are, Muslim merchants came through Malaysia and were kind to Malaysians and the Malaysians found out about Islam then became Muslims, Indonesia has the most Muslims in the world, more than Arabia.

The Prophet did not force people to become Muslims.

THEY MADE COFFEE.

EVEN TOOTHBRUSHES.

Also algebra.

After the prophet passed away, one of his follers conquered Jerusalem, when the Muslims were conquering, the Muslims conquered the city for 500 years, but the battle had no bloodshed, the king came and the people were surprised because he had no guards just himself.

Salah Ud Ayyubi was one of the best conquerors of the world.

He lived for 51 years, then he passed away, There was bloodshed in Jerusalem because the Crusaders wanted riches and other things, but Salah took it back and gave power to the Muslims after the fought the Crusaders, Salah gave food to them, the Crusaders were shocked, that their arch enemy was sending food to them.

1000 years of Islamic empire.

The Prophets Legacy by Sheikh Tariq Appleby No. 7

Today I learned about The Prophets Legacy:

"Allah, may He be blessed and exalted, said: ' son of Adam, if you were to meet Me with healthful of sins but not associating anything with Me. I would meet you with an earth of forgiveness."

We all sin in many ways, but Allah will forgive you, there was a man who killed 100 people, but he repented when we want to change, we have to change our back-grounds, what kind of person you want to be, and what do you want to be after you pass away.

"There is no faith for one who is not trustworthy and there is no religious commitment for one who does not keep his promise."

The prophet is talking about being trustworthy and keeping your promise, like when someone telling you a secret, and you tell everyone, we promise so many things, but we don't keep the promise then what is the point of having a promise.

"Not one of you truly believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself."

People like their things, like toys and houses, people who don't need these things, don't know how it feels like it, love the most important things, like being in a house, and having food.

"Adornment (i.e, light, in the Hereafter) will reach as far as Wudoo' reached."

Wuduk is a part of worship, it is required for another act of worship.

"The likeness of the one who remembers his Lord and the one who does not is that of the living and the dead."

A person who is alive is Someone who worships Allah, don't be afraid to remember Allah.

"Whoever among you sees an evil action, let him change it with his hand (by taking action); if he cannot, then with his tongue (by speaking out); and if he cannot, then with his heart (by hating it and feeling it is wrong), and that is the weakest of faith."

If you see someone being mugged, then do something about it, or get help, don't let that happen, don't think that some people are better than others.

"It is not permissible for a Muslim to forsake his brother for more than three (days)."

some people carry grudges, as a Muslim, you can't be angry for more than three days, you can't ignore people for more than three days, if someone is angry about something, try to resolve it.

"Actions are only (judged) by their endings." (this is dubbed by me)

Lives are judged by the ways they end, the man who killed 100 people, he went to Jannah, because he wanted desperately to repent, if a man worships Idos then becomes a Muslim, and went to war and died in the war, then he went to Jannah, when we remember people who died we think about the good things, when we all die we have to think about how we are going to be good.

Qur'an by Sheikh Gabriel Keresztes No. 20

Today I learned about the Qur'an:

You can read the Qur'an to be healed, and Allah gave us the ability to read, to read the Qur'an, he has given us knowledge.

Ya, Seen.

By the wise Qur'an.

He swears by the Qur'an, he only swears something, only if it is important, you can't swear by the Qur'an, you can only swear by Allah, people swear "I swear by my mom that I did this," you can't do that.

Indeed you, [O Muhammad], are from among the messengers,

On a straight path.

[This is] a revelation of the Exalted in Might, the Merciful,

Allah is above his creation.

That you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, so they are unaware.

Already the word has come into effect upon most of them, so they do not believe.

Even if you give the non-believers all the proof most of them will not become Muslims, Allah knows who will become Muslims and who will not.

Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so they are with heads [kept] aloft.

Allah will not hold you accountable for something you have not done.

And We have put before them a barrier and behind them a barrier and covered them, so they do not see.

The non-Muslims have a barrier so they won't be Muslims.

And it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe.

It is the same if you warn them and not warn them.

You can only warn one who follows the message and fears the Most Merciful unseen. So give him good tidings of forgiveness and noble reward.

The guidance is Taqwa, the Qur'an helps people who have Taqwa.

Indeed, it is We who bring the dead to life and record what they have put forth and what they left behind, and all things We have enumerated in a clear register.

Allah knows everything, everything is recorded by Allah (not by a recorder).

And present to them an example: the people of the city, when the messengers came to it -

People deny the Qur'an.

When We sent to them two but they denied them, so We strengthened them with a third, and they said, "Indeed, we are messengers to you."

All of the prophets are normal human beings, the prophets are humans too.

They said, "You are not but human beings like us, and the Most Merciful has not revealed a thing. You are only telling lies."

Take care of your Imam.

They said, "Our Lord knows that we are messengers to you,

And we are not responsible except for clear notification."

They said, "Indeed, we consider you a bad omen. If you do not desist, we will surely stone you, and there will surely touch you, from us, a painful punishment."

They wanted to kill the prophet by throwing stones at him.

They said, "Your omen is with yourselves. Is it because you were reminded? Rather, you are a transgressing people."

And there came from the farthest end of the city a man, running. He said, "O my people, follow the messengers.

Follow those who do not ask of you [any] payment, and they are [rightly] guided.

They are not asking for money.

And why should I not worship He who created me and to whom you will be returned?

Worship Allah, for he created you.

Should I take other than Him [false] deities [while], if the Most Merciful intends for me some adversity, their intercession will not avail me at all, nor can they save me?

The Idols cannot protect you, Allah can only protect you.

Indeed, I would then be in manifest error.

Why do people ask idols to keep us safe?.

Indeed, I have believed in your Lord, so listen to me."

It was said, "Enter Paradise." He said, "I wish my people could know

He said enter Jannah, to the prophet, he is telling people guys to believe in Allah, then when he died he went to Jannah, people who do Daqwa and killed, he/she will go to Jannah, don't be afraid of anything other than Allah.

(I will NOT COLOR the Arabic meanings in with black for now on)
