Exercising inside

Exercising inside is more complicated due to the fact about heat getting trapped inside the house, when you exercise your body heats up and the heat goes into the air, and if you are inside the heat is trapped in the house and makes it more difficult for your body to cool down, but if you are outside then the heat can escape to the air, and 10c is the best temperature for working out indoors, ideally you want the air to be cool so that your body does not have as hard to cool off.
