Color tv

Color TVs are cool (which are the old boxy style TVs) and their way of making color is very different from the standard OLED or LED TVs sold today.

Color TVs color TVs screens have three beams that shoot out of the CRT (cathode ray tube) each of these beams has the name the red beam, green beam, and blue beam. The screen of a color TV set is actually made up of three different sheets of phosphor (phosphor is something that emits light), the phosphor sheets are coated with red green and blue colors.

Color TVs work by mixing the beams and the sheets to make colors, white is with all the colors, black is by turning them off, blue is made by shooting the blue phosphor sheet red, and so on.
