Math pt. 2: Negative exponents

If you were to multiply 2^4 you would get: 16, but if you were to do 2^-4 and multiply it by a negative power, you would divide it, 2^4 I would be: 0.0625.

How you would do this is first do 2^4 and then it would be: 16, then you would divide 1 by 16 or 1 divided by 16 which would be: 0.0625.

Then again 3^3 would normally be: 27, but if you do 3^-3 it would be 1 divided by 27 and that would be: 0.012345679 or write it as 1/27.
And if you have 3^3 * 3^-3 it would be 1.
